Terms of Service

By accessing or using SkyBlobs ("the Service"), operated by SkyBlobs ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

SkyBlobs is a visual content management system that connects to your GitHub repositories. The Service allows you to edit content files visually, manage translations, preview changes live, and create pull requests, all from your browser.

You sign in via GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub account. You must not share your account or let others access the Service through your credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or any harmful content.

You retain ownership of all content you create or manage through the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your translation files, code, or other materials. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to access your GitHub repositories solely to provide the Service to you.

The Free plan is available at no cost. The Pro plan requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your billing period.

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We provide support on a best-effort basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyBlobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
