SkyBlobs ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal information when you use our visual CMS service (the "Service").

Account Information

When you sign in via GitHub OAuth, we receive your GitHub username, email address, profile picture, and a unique identifier. We do not store your GitHub password.

Repository Data

We do not store any of your repository content, code, or translation files. All repository data is fetched directly from GitHub in real time and processed in your browser. We never persist your source code on our servers.

Usage Data

We collect anonymized usage analytics through Vercel Analytics, including page views, feature usage, and performance metrics. This data does not personally identify you.

Payment Information

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment information is processed and stored by Stripe. We do not have access to your full credit card number.

• To authenticate you and manage access to your repositories.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To improve and optimize the Service.
• To communicate with you about your account or changes to the Service.
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following third parties, solely to operate the Service:

• GitHub: for authentication and repository access.
• Clerk: for user authentication and session management.
• Stripe: for payment processing.
• Supabase: for database hosting and storage.
• Vercel: for hosting and analytics.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Vercel Analytics for anonymized usage tracking. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict processing of your data.
